I was pleased with the overall customer service and the repair work done to my vehicle. I was impressed with their attention to detail. I was contacted in regards to their having difficulties tracking down a matching pinstripe for my car and the customer service rep spent the time offering options and in the end actually found the match. They also accommodated my request for an after hours pick up. When I got my vehicle back, the rep took the time to go over everything that was completed and my car was returned to me clean, inside and out.

I had a fairly small but ugly dent on my car. I went to Craftsman Collision because of the mostly excellent reviews and the responses from management to each review! It was sure no mistake to go to Craftsman. I took the car in yesterday morning and it was finished next day (today) ! The work is totally flawless and the paint is absolutely perfect ! The car hasn’t looked so good in a long time! Even though the job was a rather small one, they still detailed the entire inside which was quite an embarrassing mess partly due to our dog ! A Spring cleaning was on our to do list but is now done and done very professionally!! I can’t say enough about the fantastic quality of work and the services of Greg and Lisa ! Obviously I recommend Craftsman to anyone and everyone! Thanks for a terrific job ! And, so fast !!!!!

Work is great but customer service is horrible. They said 4 days. now is two weeks because they ordered wrong parts. They were not organized and they never called to tell me it was going to be longer or called me back after i called to see what is going on. Its like they dont care about the the person only about the money. They said they had all the parts but they really didn't. I'm tired about the incompetence of people and them laughing about it. Just do the job your paid for.

My car was T boned in December. It went in to get fixed mid January. I received zero updates about my vehicle unless I physically went in to the shop to talk to someone as phone calls weren't returned. Constantly I was told they were waiting on parts. When I called dealerships on my own and told them these places had them in stock then finally the parts happened to show up. They had my vehicle for over 2 months and upon getting it back we found multiple issues. When we advised the shop about them they brushed them off as not a big deal after having my car for so long they could have done better work. My rear door didn't close properly and I could use my passenger window still - his remarks "well its cold out right now anyways" When they finally agreed to fix the issues as a customer courtesy rather than repairing their poor work I have yet again been told they are waiting on parts for almost 2 months again.. it has been over 4 months since my vehicle went in to get fixed and I am still not even close to being done. They took my car in the 2nd time and 3 people told me the parts were in and they would have it for a day or so. When my husband called a week later (as again no updates from them) they told him they were waiting on parts! I had to get ICBC involved for them to actually get the ball rolling again. ICBC inspected my vehicle and agreed that it is not up to proper standards. I advise anyone dealing with this shop to thorougly look over their vehicle before taking it. I tried calling the head office about this whole situation 2 weeks ago and never received a call back. I followed up a week later and still have not heard from anyone. On top of all this I have 3 children that I advised them that two are in boosters and one infant bucket seat that I need to be able to transport. First courtesy car they gave me was a Hyundai kona.. not able to use. I was able to use the Santa Fe for most of the time but when my car went back in the 2nd time he made the remark that they are putting me in a big SUV for some extra space.. Hyundai Tuscon.. so I had to illegally transport my 7 year old with no booster seat because of this! Completely unacceptable.

While the job done was great I can't give 5 stars for a few reasons. First being that they left my old car door + window parts in my trunk? Apparently this was a mistake, but HOW? Why would they be putting them in my trunk in the first place? Second is the manager Greg. He's very cordial on the phone when booking my appointment and during this time I had informed him I may need to go to Vancouver for work in the rental car, if my car isn't ready before a certain day. He says "no problem!". I remind him of this again when dropping off the car, and for a third time via text when I'm notified of potential finish date on my vehicle. When the car is completed, I let him know via phone I can't pick it up until the Monday as I'm in Vancouver. His tone changed and seemed surprised/inconvenienced by this. I'm really not sure how much more clear I could have been.

I took my vehicle in in 2020 for body work and received exceptional service when Bob was the manager. I had to bring my vehicle in last December, made an appointment, the new manager made me wait an hour, then came out and looked at my car for about 5 seconds before going back in. When Bob did the assessment, he took the time to take pictures, and do a full check of the vehicle before deciding what it needed. On the morning when I was supposed to bring my car in, they called to say that they didn't have a courtesy car available for me yet and would call when it was there. I called later in the afternoon, and they said it still hadn't arrived. I called three days later to see if there was an update and they said they still didn't have a courtesy car. I asked if I needed to reschedule my appointment and they said "we'll call you." I'm still waiting on that call. I ended up going to another collision repair place who has provided the same level of professionalism and service as Bob did, so I will definitely not being going back to Craftsman Collision.

I had a couple dents and a missing panel on my 2017 F150 from a collision with a deer and was worried about the new paint matching over time as I'd had a ceramic coating put on upon purchase. Greg went over and above my expectations with communication and quality of work on my truck and even had his guys apply a new ceramic coat on the areas that were effected. I'm very happy with my experience at Craftsman Collision and would definitely recommend their services to anyone. Thanks guys.

I dropped off my vehicle here to get fixed from a recent collision. A couple hours after I dropped off my vehicle, I received a call from Greg stating they were refusing to do work (on the outside of my vehicle) because the inside was a 'biohazard'. My daughter had gotten car sick on the way there which I had cleaned up the best I could under the circumstances. I have 3 kids, of course my vehicle is dirty - there are stains everywhere. However, when I asked Greg if I could just come clean the vehicle better, he replied 'no'. He said not even his detailer would clean the vehicle. So you are literally refusing service to me even if I clean it? How does that make sense at all? He was super dramatic and out of line. I am attaching pictures of my vehicle which I took right after I picked it up. In no way would I call this a biohazard. I am not sure how the state of the inside of the vehicle warrants not repairing the outside? Really poor customer service from that department.
