They had me there and helped within 20 minutes of my phone call. Now I can rest at ease and drive safely .Also they didn't make fun of me for the mix up and they totally could have ?. That being said, unfortunately the oil filter they put in during the last oil change was defective, somehow fell off and now I need a new engine... nobody is getting back to me... While the issue remains unresolved, I need to update the earlier comment to read that the manager did call me back and is trying to resolve the issue to the best of his ability... suffice it to say that it's complicated and the manager is doing everything he can to be fair. Thanks
K	Kira Lee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had 2 slow leaks in my tires. Gave them a call and they told me to come right over. They quickly figured out what the problem was and had her fixed fairly quick. Didn't catch his name, but the kid with the eyebrow ring was great! Could hear all the guys in the shop talking while I sat there waiting and they all seemed to get along well and it was a great energy in there. (Not that it matters, but I like going to places where people actually like their jobs!)

They topped off my oil at no charge and said for me to keep checking my oil till the appointment. I can say the 2 times I've been to this location they have gone above and beyond in their costumer Service! Highly recommend for the north shore location!

I didn’t know i had to change the air filter and the cabin air filter until they showed me how bad they looked. Transmission fluid had to be changed too. They gave me a pretty good discount on the bill. Really appreciated guys??.

D	David M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dec 22/2021 - around 4:30pm I was attempting to put air in my tires at the Canco Gas Station - but the compressors was frozen. I drove over to Mr. Lube hoping they would have air however in the drive over my tire popped. I asked an employee at Mr. Lube if they could help me - there was little hesitation and just a desire to help. I had to wait until the current customer was taken care of before they could help me. Andy stayed late - after closing to help me get my spare tire on and get me on my way! I am forever grateful for the service from Andy - him going above and beyond and staying late when he didn’t have to, just to get me back on the road.. Thank you very much Andy - Mr. Lube on Briar Ave - Great Service!
