★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a great experience! Kevin is amazing :), was nervous to bring my bike to a new shop as my old bike shop was in Vancouver. They took me in last minute Fixed my bike up had it done before close!!! Prices were great and I just had good experience overall

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Norkam is an excellent bikestore. But for locksmithing, try somewhere else. I tried to duplicate a broken car key, but I was flatly told they were not going to risk their machine trying to cut a blank (that I supplied) because it was an unknown metal. It is like they don't even want to be in business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great guys, they were helpful sizing a bike for my son without trying to sell me the most expensive bike they have. They got him to sit and see how it worked size wise and then showed me some options. Will use again in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Phenomenal experience! Was looking for a Reid bike and only this store carried it closest to Alberta. Called Roy and made some arrangements, then the bike arrived at my door step. Easy, hassle free transaction. Bike came perfectly wrapped. Would certainly recommend!
