★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The antique place was packed with everything you could think of. Everything was highly priced you can negotiate if you would like. There were people who were talking highly of the place. It was the first time I have ever been there. If I had the money to buy and saw something I had to have I would have bought it, with negotiation of price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good selection I find of an arrangement of things. I wish there was a bit more furniture options and less tools, but I suppose the furniture moves quickly. Prices are a little on the high end, but since they are really the only option in Kamloops it makes sense. Still fair prices, but not much for deals.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The people here are pleasant; however when it comes to prices of inventory, it's a different story. It seems that items are priced at what they would be worth after restoration. For example, if you look at a hand plane that is rusted, the soul is no longer true, and the frog needs work, yet charge $165, for another few bucks you can purchase a new plane that requires less work and little to no trueing. This would also apply to your chisels.
Solution - If you're going to change based on rarity, that's fine. The least you could do then is repair the stock that you have. Then charge a base fee for the trueing and or replacing components.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is definitely about antiques here. The atmosphere is great and while we were there today, the young man at the counter was not pushy but very helpful when we needed him. Very nice visit!
