★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My 2018 Review of The Thread!
I was invited to The Thread mid summer 2018, the group was vibrant for a few months but from time to time fell short although messaging never stopped. 2017 was apparently The Threads peak prime but I really feel late November this year the fire is coming back.
The Thread meals are a once a month thing organized through doodle and each month is a different thread members choice. Organization wise I give The Thread a 8/10 strong but not the strongest. What I've noticed about the meals is the locations most chosen and the only real reason I can't give The Thread 5 stars is because the meal locations are always hipster joints mostly in the NQ... And everything they eat is wings and spicy wings. Getting drunk though makes up for this but are usually overpriced because we are in the NQ

Worst Bits: The Hipsters and Chris Hindle
Improvement for 2019 Thread meals would be to include beak and we try eating something that isn't wings. Maybe more Fancy Dress like Doggs parrot!
Overall I rate The Thread in 2018 4 Stars out of 5 Stars

They have a fantastic assortment of desirable wares for sale, but this reviewer is more interested in something else: their photo booth. This restored beauty has real soul! The photographs that this booth produces have great tonal qualities that truly stir the emotions... You should go find out why this may possibly be my favorite photo booth. Go alone, or bring your sweetheart, and make some lifelong memories, in classic black and white.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just bought kids toy over there, everything 50% off the item at downstairs. Open the box and there is 10 pieces are missing!! Regular price was $30, 50% off, I paid $15 plus tax. Came home and check website, regular price at manufacturers website is $15……. People, be careful if you going to buy something at this store!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s a shop full of eclectic goods: antiques, vintage and repurposed industrial pieces, paired with new home décor, kitsch giftware. The store’s interior are so artistically chaotic. I simply loved everything about the store. The shop is located in the heart of Downtown Kingston and is a must visit for vintage and art lovers.
