Every time I come to the store I get followed by your security I agree with the other person thanks for making me feel like a thief or discriminated judged and uncomfortable shopping For my nails for a modeling shoot and my Orange juice in the morning for my hypoglycemia.
You've lost my service forever I'm ordering online now because I don't get followed by security guard to my door.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have moved to Chinatown and still come pick up my prescriptions here. The staff at this shoppers works VERY hard and are always super friendly and helpful. They truly deserve way more than the 2.8 average on Google at the moment..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decent sized store, has everything I need from a drugstore but they’re quite busy and stock can be low. Usually open 24hrs, cosmetics department is not 24hrs. Friendly staff and security.
Never boring given its location and hours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have no issues with the staff here, but corporate office has dictated that you can only use a cashier if you are paying with cash. I refuse to use the self check out at all businesses, especially if there isn't a cashier option. I had heard this has been happening in Ontario. It is now happening here. Sorry (not sorry) SDM, you have lost a customer. I will reconsider coming back if you reverse this decision and reinstate paying all methods by a real live cashier.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have to say of all the shoppers I've been to, bringing my prescriptions here was a mistake. I got a call with no VM for my prescription so I walked in the rain to go get it only to be told I don't have a profile and need to wait 35 minutes. This is annoying enough if it weren't coming after I was straight up ignored for two minutes while five Pharmacy employees worked. I guess the impression I'm getting is they absolutely don't care about my business. It's impossible to understand the clerks who are quiet and behind glass and masks and they are salty enough when you do understand them. This will be first and last time for me, though I'm certain the owner does not care.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sadly Corporate has cut down their staff to the bare minimum. Hence I will wait, and wait for a human to take my money (cash or credit).
The staff at this location work really hard. The "DIVERSITY" of their customers make their work that much more STRESSFUL ☹️
So do be patient as you've watched the 'happenings' before it was your turn.
My only concern is that the newest young woman (2 in particular) do not know or want to make change, without their tills telling them the amounts due. Is this what happens when you fill 'your quotas'? Another sad sign of the times. Never a problem with the pharmacy or post office.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff of this store are in dire need of a performance review as they could not provide adequate customer service if you had a gun to their head. Bought a defective Microsoft card from them and when I went to exchange it for a new one so as to not waste my money, they immediately and unequivocally refused to do so. All I wanted was an exchange not even a return. Bad attitude and bad service. This is my first review on google. Up to this point no other establishment I’ve ever frequented has gotten me so agitated as to write a review until now. I hope that bringing this to your attention will accentuate exactly how wholeheartedly infuriating this store is and how condescendingly poorly your staff treat many of its customers. I don’t want an apology. Do not be sorry. Be better.
