When I expressed frustration that my drug plan kept rejecting my asthma drugs for coverage, the pharmacist Eugene took time gathering DINs for me for alternative medications, so I could talk to my drug plan about what they might cover, and my doctor about trying something else. They were also terrific during the covid/AZ vaccination process. I've sent all my prescriptions here now!

It really makes a difference to have that personal interaction and attention to costumers, especially when doctors prescribe medicine without fully explaining what are you taking.
D	David Phipps on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When they first opened their service was excellent. Still is from everyone but 1 person who is just "so busy to care". 90% of the staff are 5/5 one is not. And if it continues I'm gone. They have great staff, great vaccine service, booking systems, prices and availability for the prescriptions. So go back to the way you were doing it or don't take on more business if all you keep saying is "too busy". You should be a 5/5. Revised again lower. Phoned on a Friday asked to renew said I really need by Monday. Went Tuesday and they hadn't even faxed the request in. Got told as usual "we're very busy" I like to support local but I'm going to be moving from there soon unless they smarten up.

Eugene went above and beyond for my husband. I just dropped my script in and yet again was treated like a VIP. I had to go to shoppers after and what a MEGA difference between wait times and helpfulness. Davie Pharmacy for me from now on! Thank you to everyone at this pharmacy.. .right down to a volunteer that helped me one busy Saturday. You are all awesome!

As a person who suffers from multiple acute and chronic issues, to have a team that provides caring, personalized, inclusive, patient, non-judgemental, supportive and always-helpful advice is essential but so...rare. They are a tremendous support to this vibrant neighbourhood and to my family and an antidote to those big-box drug marts who don't seem to care about - or know - you at all.

Had an issue getting a script filled recently and they were super helpful trying to contact my doctor and support me. Also love that it’s locally owned and by members of the community, I could go with a pharmacy closer to home but would prefer to support local community members!
