β β β β β Over the counter flu meds price was not the same as Rexal, London Drug, Shoppers. So base on the price point is much higher. However, base on the services, they don't let you waiting too long, not a bad things.

β β β β β I have to first say that I have never taken the time to write a review for a any retailer/restaurant, but for this pharmacy I have to make an exception. The service was top notch and the Owner/Pharmacist were as pleasant as I have ever experienced.
Except for the fact that I am not covered under a healthcare plan for prescriptions, I would go to this location all the time.
There hours are also shorter than the mainstream pharmacies (9-5 M-F and 9-1 on Saturday), but they are a family run business and need some time off with their kids (who help out in the store too!)

β β β β β usually service is good but this time I went in to ask a simple question and was sent away with non of info I needed on pricing of prescriptions and staff (manager) was short with me while holding a small dog behind the counter which kept biting her as she handled products. She snapped at staff and loudly talked about my private information in front of customers and staff. I ended up with no info on pricing and my prescription split in half so half of info and prescription paperwork kept by her. I had to ask for paperwork which she would not give me only copies and then said If I wanted prescriptions filled at any other pharmacy they would have to call her. She made a mess of the whole prescription which now has to be filled through her, problem is I don't live in Vancouver an just visiting.
Went up to London drugs and they helped perfectly even though they can't fill prescription without calling the manager at pharmasave. Way too stressfull, will NOT go back.
