★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This pharmacy gave me the wrong prescription without consulting me. Thus putting my health at risk for both that as well as me having to return to their location during a pandemic where we are supposed to be isolating. The worst part is the lack of transparency & ownership this pharmacist portrayed. She was very passive, aggressive & no apology. She did offer for me to keep the incorrect prescription though???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been coming to this pharmacy my whole life. My doctor is in the same building so it's really convenient. I've never had an issue with communication or customer service. I'm actually shocked to hear how many people have run into issues!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I literally could not imagine a more incompetent pharmacy. They have given me incredibly expensive drugs that were on the brink of expiry, lost track of insurance and credit card information, and left me waiting on important prescriptions after I called to refill them and then they just…. never completed the refills and so never sent the drugs. My opinion is that anyone would benefit from taking their business elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You guys can pay attention to why the pharmacy's reviews are so low, and employers will only reply to five-star reviews.
These people in this pharmacy have serious problems of racial discrimination, and their attitude is not friendly at all, nor has they improved. There is nothing wrong with your imperfection, but you don't have to bullied and humiliated an Asian girl. In fact, she is not from Chinese, she is a Taiwanese. However, you are also not entitled to discriminate against any foreigner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have never had a problem at this location. The staff are asking you all the time how they can serve you. You are never pushed to buy . And they don’t charge to deliver your medication like some other drug stores!
But the best thing they do that I am very proud of is when you order your prescriptions you get what your doctor ordered for you every single time. They have never given me half of the prescription and said we owe you. These People are the best. I will stay with them till I Die. Stay safe.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Bad, tried to sell us Rapid Covid Test for 42$
The woman asked us first if we are tourists. and then she gave us this Tests with two tests inside. The cashing-machine made „ring“ and she said 42$… my wife instantly said no in Germany they are way cheaper. The woman said… „we are not in Germany“
We didn’t take them. Luckily
In another store we asked a guy how expensive they are in there store… he looked at us and told us… they are free with a set of 5
Well long story short. Maybe they can give you good Medikaments and maybe the are good at there job,
but in my opinion ripping off tourists is a no go. 42$ for something you get free.
Update:
Well read some other comments, looks like they love to rip off people. You should better stay away. Sorry but I am happy we didn’t buy them. And now have free tests
