★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Coming all of the way to SPH pharmacy for my ARV'S because the website SAYS it's open until 7:30, just to find it closed. I just checked again, it STILL says it's open...I don't live in Vancouver and obviously should have checked before coming all of the way to Vancouver. Very unprofessional and irresponsible.
