K	Kelley Dawne on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was in the store this evening to pick up a few things and was physically injured by either an employee or service delivery person who was pulling an overloaded pallet of products on a dolly through the meat isle. He was walking backwards, watching the dolly and not his surroundings, and slammed into a portable refrigeration unit which flew into me and rolled right up over my foot. The unit must weigh somewhere in the ballpark of 90-100 lbs. If I was a senior citizen or someone with brittle bones my foot would have been crushed and an ambulance would have been needed. The pallet was obviously too wide to fit the isle safely and was knocking into people and displays. 1/3 of the items should have been removed to move it safely through the store. I blame the manager/owner for this. Either unreasonable deadlines are being given to stock items, causing workers to try and minimize trips, or the safety of the customers isn't a priority. Given my experience I think the latter is true. I'll never give them another dollar of my money and will travel a bit further to shop elsewhere.
V	Vanessa Reuter on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their bakery is really nice compared to No frills and Safeway. Employees have always been friendly to me. Great flatbread for $6. Pricing is okay compared to other supermarkets. Some things are worth buying there, specially on sale.
G	Goran Milutinovic on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used to work here. Wonderful store, management is okay, the owner is super awesome, and the store has a decent selection of food. They do take requests somewhat seriously, especially if you pester them on a weekly basis until they stock the item. If you shop on sale mostly, its quite nicely priced. The deli has some great hot food for lunch or to take home, and is fresh everyday. One of my favourite grocery stores in the BC if I’m being honest.
F	Felix Francois Erasmus on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location is good, prices are a bit on the high end for even basic ingredients, half the shelves are either a mess or empty, queue management at the tills is non-existent which is a bit annoying. Selection is basic at best, and really only caters to one very bland demographic. What kind of produce section has a whole shelf of dill and no basil? Is dill really the more popular product? 20 kinds of sliced brown bread though! ... If this wasn't the only place in the area I swear they'd be out of business... Hours are good though, open late. The pies in the little fridge on your left as you come in are pretty good. The samosas, not so much... Always seems to not have many carts at the door, like where do they even go? Whatever my list consists of, there is always something that is out of stock, just an empty shelf. Is it really that hard to keep a steady supply of popular products? When I first moved here I actually thought they didn't carry 4L milk jugs because I literally never saw them every time I went in. Ok rant over.

Not the highest I’ve seen but when you can go a few blocks to a No Frills and buy the same container of strawberries for 2.99 instead of 5.99 … may I say more? Super friendly staff. I love the bakery!
