★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was really impressed, when I went to pick up my shirts, they insisted on redoing a couple that had grease spots that would not come out with the first cleaning. I appreciated their taking the time to notice and to insist on getting it right. I was very happy to come back the next day. Even my own cleaner does not do this at home. I travel alot and get my clothes cleaned on the road, so I am always looking for a good Dry Cleaner - especially one that takes American Express!!! Thanks to you Polo!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I gave them my shirts for washing 3 times because my shirt smell sweat and when I get back my shirts they had exactly same smell and owner didn't feel even sorry. I was their customer for couple of years and every month I spent more than $70 in that store

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went here to get my old varsity jacket cleaned (wool body with leather arms). I was told it could not be cleaned. I asked if they could just clean the wool portion. Again.... apparently impossible. I asked how this jacket could be cleaned if not in the dry cleaning press. Was told "I don't know." I went home and googled it. I am kind of glad they said no because now I can clean it myself for much cheaper thanks to google. But still surprised a drycleaner said they didn't know how to clean a jacket. Weird. No confidence in this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brought a linen dress here to have it hemmed shorter. I tried the dress on and she pinned it and let me look and decide. I paid $18 and she got it done for me in only 2 days. Just picked up the dress and it’s great!

Cashmere sweater destroyed and a wool sweater destroy - Not Happy - Oh! She thinks the 3 Cashmere sweaters and 1 wool are worth $200.00 . Nope 200.00 will not cover the cost the cost to replace sweaters... where do I take my complains from here . She has cleaned my clothes for the past 20 years and now I am treated like a stranger.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quite surprised so many people gave one star. Maybe only the disappointed people came to Google to complained. We have used Sophie’s service for 5 years now. Always happy with her service. Nice people and good price. Even when we moved out to Brentwood, we travelled back to drop our clothes for cleaning. Strongly recommended to everyone.
