A very nice young Asian man and his wife. They're very friendly and you can tell that they're putting in the effort - I gave them my wool coat and they even removed all the lint at no cost! Definitely will return and recommended.

The job was done in a quick and timely manner. I went to get 7 shirts washed and cleaned with some stains on a couple of shirts. The stains were all washed off and when i went in to get it a day earlier than the one requested it was finished. Would highly recommend!

I wish I had read the reviews here before taking my shirt to this guy. The manner is so rude, like if he doesn't want to do the work. To test, I took 1 shirt which he charged me $4.75 to dry-clean and iron. It's been a looong time since I use a Dry cleaner, so much that last time I paid $1.95 on Cambie and 43rd ish. They moved. Dropped it off on Monday 7:30am and got a pick-up date for Thursday after 5pm, I guess prompt service is not a thing anymore. When picked the shirt, it looked OK, have not tried it yet or checked all the buttons for burns. Asked him if there is a better price for a larger volume, he mumbled so words, who knows what he said and turn around. I guess my business is not welcome here. I am sad and happy, sad for all the people who need to deal with him on a constant basis, happy because I have never have to see him again in my life! I am taking my business somewhere else. Perhaps look for the nice lady on Cambie and 43rd who moved the business close to Broadway and Nanaimo or somewhere around that area. Do not mind the drive for someone who really appreciates me as a customer. I am almost certain her prices are not $4.75 for a dress shirt. Unbelievable he is still in business!

Went to get a jacket washed and detailed with a little logo patch to be sowed on. The owner who works there did a great job and sowed it on seamlessly no pun intended. It came out amazing and i would recommend for anyone in the downtown area that needs to get a simple alteration!

Brought in a suit to be dry cleaned and wedding dress to be pressed, and a chalk stain from alterations to be removed ($57). The stain was clearly still on the dress and he charged full price. He then said he needed chemical to remove the stain and he only used water so that's why its still there. I don't care HOW you remove the stain, that's YOUR job. He then implied my bride to be was not from this country, and said in this country, that's how the dry cleaning business works. WHAT? You charge full price for a service you never completed? No wait, you gave me $2 off. I put my wife in the car and went back to complain again, and he implied my wife was a b*tch and that I'd understand after 20 years of marriage. Good luck to you if you ignore this review and go here for any services.

Based on the experience I just had, this place provides the worst customer service as well as poor dry-cleaning skills to customers. The owner started becoming rude after I mentioned about the stain on my wedding dress that I specifically asked him to remove, but still remained there clearly, and he suggested "no one can see it and just dry clean after your wedding" and tried to charge me for the full amount. He started getting mad at me and he asked me how long I had been in Canada and if I had any knowledge regarding dry-cleaning businesses after I asked for a discount. (In my previous experience, other dry-cleaning shops tried to re-do or provide a reasonable discount.) As soon as I made a payment, he just left the counter in an extremely rude way after throwing the receipt at me.

The worst service I have ever received at a dry cleaners. I brought in three pairs of pants to get shortened. He came highly recommended, thought I would try someone new. What a mistake! Picked them up 3 days later and they were not shortened to the length marked. Brought them back and he was rude about it... no apology or questions. Picked them a second time and they were shorter in the back then the front??? 3 pair of brand new pants ruined, never go to this guy! Polo cleaners on Davie street is way better.

I had 6 pairs of jeans repaired for various states of wear and tear. The work was done quickly, the patches and repair are rugged with minimal visibility and the final product delivered above expectations at a very fair cost. Will definitely use this business again!
