★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I live a block away so I thought give this place a try for first time. Dropped 2 rompers . Supposed to be 36$ . I asked the lady if she can give me a deal for 30$. She said yes. When I go to pick it up the guy doesn’t wanna honor the same deal and says it wS his mom who gave me discount and she doesn’t speak English so she didn’t unsertand what she was doing ! Then tells me I can just go somewhere else next time if i want a discount ! Terrible customer service. I wouldn’t go back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've taken clothes here a few times but the last time they completely ruined two of my boyfriend's suits. It looks like they put them in the washing machine. When you're spending thousands of dollars on clothes and you trust someone else to clean them they had better do a good job. in this case they did not.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Idk what I was thinking going to a dry cleaner wirh one star reviews.
Took in a pair of waterproofed pants that were starting to smell.
The label clearly says cleaning instructions on it -no polyethylene, just oil solvents.
The smell hasn't changed at all which is a huge sign they weren't actually dry cleaned, and the waterproof coating was completely stripped.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly unprofessional. They said the store would be open until 3 pm. When I came by to pick up my wedding dress shirt there, they had a hand note saying that day they were closed at 2pm. Important detail: I got at the store at 1:50pm and no one was there. Turns out I had t buy a brand new shirt to go to the wedding. This place is garbage
