★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Interesting how they charge prices. Over the phone I was quoted $5 per item and when I arrived to confirm. I was assessed up and down (worthy of being assessed at a higher cost)..she then upped it to $15 for each item. I was disgusted and will never use them to clean or press clothing. Patron be wary.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brought my pants to them to have the seam redone since it had ripped previously, there is a white stripe down the side which I had made clear I did not want hemmed, as the pants were black and I didn't want black stitching over the white stripe as there was not stitching there originally. She said that was fine, however when I got my pants back there was the black hem over the white stripe. She offered to redo it but at that point the fabric had already been punctured and there would be holes if she removed the hem. She said she had "forgot" our conversation, even though it was quite lengthy and it doesn't make logical sense to put black string through a white part of the pant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super quick service! I got two pants hemmed for $20. Dropped it off on Saturday and got an email Tuesday morning saying they were ready. The stitching matched the original and it fit perfectly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best Tailor in downtown Vancouver. The prices are excellent and they are masters of their craft. I also believe they make clothing two your wishes so they are also cutter fitters as well as Tailors.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a suit jacket altered. Janet was friendly and meticulous in listening to my requests and making the adjustments. Suit jacket was ready on schedule and turned my off the rack sale find into something that looks like a designer item. She is a pro! Thank you so much! Will be back :)
