★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service. Left them a minor repair; my sweater had a small hole and needed stitching, returned on the date I was advised to and it wasn't ready. I came in and out of the store until closing until 5 minutes before closing and it was finally ready. Took it home and it still has a hole!!! Owners and people that work there have no idea what they are doing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So frustrating! Dropped off a comforter, was quoted $20 to clean it. Went back 4 times over a 8 days to attempt to pick it up but they could never find it. Finally on the 8th day it was there and I was expected to pay over $45 for it. The lady made it seem like it was my fault that I was expecting it to only be $20. I had taken it in prior to having company to my house and it was not ready on time due to it being lost. I had to find another option for my company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This dry cleaner has changed hands, I went to drop off a dress to be cleaned and I don't think the woman I spoke to has a clue about dry cleaning she was more interested in telling me how they were going high tech. There was some dirt on the bottom of the dress normal dirt from wear, and she asked what it was, I told her it was dirty and was surprized she had asked me that as I had never been asked a question. I asked her how much it would be and she said she had no idea, I thanked her and told I would go elsewhere. What a shame that such a reputable dry cleaner has changed hands to a person who know nothing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CLOTHES - this business has been sold to new owners. New owners are not experienced in dry cleaning... they charged me $38 for a coat they could not get stains out of! The sweet old Chinese family who owned this place is gone and they are now charging MORE for dry cleaning! Typical Vancouver. Also service is dead slow - if you want to get in and out don't start talking to the staff!! I'm never going back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to get a bridesmaid dress cleaned (worth $300). They put safety pins in the dress to pin it to the hanger for some reason (was not necessary as it has straps) and it left 2 holes in my dress. Dress is now ruined.
