★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I dropped off a package to be sent to the US with FedEx on Friday. On Wednesday I discovered that the package was still sitting at the store even though I paid for overnight priority. I used the tracking and discovered it was "ready for pickup in Vancouver". I called and they were confused. They mixed up my outgoing package and thought it was incoming. Absolutely incompetent not shipping my package and holding it thinking it is ready for pickup.

My needs have been quite various and he has always managed to deal with them with speed, efficiency, dispatch and a little fun and good humour. I have been going to the MailRoom for a few years now and would not even entertain the idea of going anywhere else!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I found the mail room on Robson street a couple years ago and i am so happy i did. They go above and beyond for their customers.
Alex and Joseph are not only extremely helpful they offer the best prices!
The restaurant next door allows their customers to crowd in front of the store and block it. They politely asked the crowd to move over to the restaurant and this rude person yelled out (i am going to give you a bad review) and this person did.
I am mortified that this nasty person did this when they were just being polite. (Shame on you Charlie )

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After a mix-up as to what delivery service to use sending something (to the US) I won in an auction, Joseph did an outstanding job finding my item and getting it ready to be shipped out as it had to be repacked to meet the new shippers’ requirements. Not only did he do an outstanding job, but his attitude & wit made the whole experience a complete joy.
I have taught in higher Ed for 40 years and I know first rate. Joseph in my book is first rate and you are vary fortunate to have him working for your Co. treat him well, he’s defiantly a keeper.
