As a print business right in the heart of Vancouver, they're very disappointing. I was merely print a 150 pieces of business card. I paid for it in full and they told me it'll be done the next day. So I came the next day to pick up my order but surprisingly it wasn't touched at all. More to it, they LOST the original file I gave them the day before!! So they made me wait again as they look for my order. It's a shame as this was my very first experience and I was about to place a huge order but I don't think they're capable for it.

I've used Printplus for about a year and a half now. Very quick turnaround on getting any print jobs done through them, and pricing is well in line with any other print shop I've used in the past. I will continue to use them and would recommend that others give them a try.

Took our business cards and price list there for print, been told that we will receive them the same day. Got a call an hour later that their machine has stopped working so we have to confirm the colour again. After many headaches and arguments came to an agreement that to go and see the proof again then they print them for us before they close. Got a call again that their machine is fixed and they will have our prints ready for us to pick up before they close. When we picked up the prints the resolution and colours were not what we saw in the original proof and they were very blurry and grainy. Even though all their machines are Xerox, the quality of their prints were horrible. We paid double the amount we usually pay and it was only because we were recommended to try the place but will never step a foot back in that place! The girl who works there is amazing at what she does with computer and has a great knowledge of working with softwares, but the guy is very rude and his customer service is absolutely ridiculous! Don't recommend the place because you can receive a way better service and quality job for a cheaper price in other print shops.

The boss and the staffs here are all super nice. I applied US VISA and the photo I took was rejected, so I had to take new photo here. But I didnt take money and cards, they agreed help me without paying, which let me to get visa in time. I paid them later. What the great shop and people!

I used this printer to print some handouts for a Funeral. When I received them I was disappointed as they didn’t line up to fold evenly. When I called, the owner explained I gave him a print ready file and it was due to my file not his printing. He heard my frustration and offered to find a solution- I brought them back and he trimmed them for me in just a few minutes and they line up now. I really appreciated his customer service and willingness to help make my print job right. Price was less than other nearby printing services including staples. Many thanks!!

I went in to get a quick photocopy of my ID as the Shoppers Drug Mart nearby was temporarily out. I was told it would cost about $15 for one page because all the machines are "big". I find it hard to believe that they couldn't just use a smaller printer, in a shop that literally specializes in printing. It was a lazy response. Even if by some very odd chance they didn't have a smaller printer, I find it so hard to believe that it would cost almost 10 times as much as it would at Staples. It seemed as if I somehow had offended her by not asking for a massive job. Which I very well could have in the future, as I do own my own business. But not anymore. How you treat people who walk into your store will have a ripple effect on your business (coming from a small business owner). Fix your approach and treat people with dignity.

Went in this morning for a baby passport photo. Although being open for two hours, the front door was locked as the worker was having a personal facetime conversation on her cell phone. After she saw us at the front door, she finally let us in. She got the photo station set up and then received another personal call which she answered and continued to talk. What felt like almost 10 minutes of us waiting with an infant, we finally got up and left as we couldn’t keep our baby waiting for much longer. She didn’t once apologize or explain herself when we said we were leaving. The best part is she was speaking in Farsi with her friend and thought I wouldn’t understand her conversation, however I am Persian as well. Terrible customer service - I am not one to write reviews but this was just completely unprofessional.

Went in to print two black and white A4 sheets. Was told it was $6 flat fee to use a computer from the 1990s, plus the fee to print. No option to email them the sheets i needed printed. Shockingly bad.
