★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In my opinion: They offer terrible customer service, followed by refusal to fix some problems with custom print job. Owner did not stand by the work of the company after they screwed up the job, and was dismissive and insulting. I'd try an alternate Allegra franchaise location at 1290 Venables Street in Vancouver location instead of these guys.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service was amazing. We had a rush order and it was fulfilled immediately. We ran into a small hitch when the item we picked up (banner stand) was actually the wrong size but it was, again, remedied immediately (next day). Everything from start to finish (minus the small mistake) was handled professionally, quickly and wonderfully. Thank you!

They did amazing job, from design to setup. A+++ , special thanks to Mark and Amanda amazing people. Mark was extremely patient and responsive to our changing ideas until we agreed on a final design.
