Today was my first time at physio therapy after dealing with a very sore shoulder. I didn’t know what to expect but Paul was fantastic. He listened to me as I rambled on about my shoulder and understood very quickly what the issue was. And he hit the nail on the head. I walked out of there with much less pain and more mobility. He is also personable and made the appointment enjoyable. I found the whole experience with Paul and painPRO a fantastic experience.

Their team is very professional. I go there for massage and active rehab with Jeoff and Aiden. Both of them are very good at what they do, very experienced and knowledgeable. I feel truly happy with both treatments.

Jarrod is a fantastic chiropractor. You’d have to be crazy to go anywhere else. I’ve never felt safe with having my spine in someone’s hands until I became a patient of Jarrod.

the first time I used their computer related pain treatment it was amazing I recommended them to all my colleagues, however, when I go back there again for the second time whit a different practitioner I had an awful experience. she just waisted my 30 minutes time to teach me how to breath and how to move my hand. I paid for massage not for yoga instructor. I told her I felt nothing different it was just waste of time and money!

I had an excellent experience with this location over the past 2 years. The treatment I received was excellent and the I found the woman working admin was an excellent communicator and very competent and friendly. Thank you so much to Stephen and the rest or the team!

Is this fraud? They canceled the appointment and still charged your health insurance with your private info in their database, without your approval. Please give your opinion if it’s fraud. I rejected to fill in the intake form the moment I was aware of it (cuz lazy + they shouldn’t use my appointment time) since I didn’t have to do it in my last visit with them, they canceled the appointment/rejected to give me the treatment, which is okay, but they still charged me, using my private info in their database, even tho I didn’t agree. They didn’t send the intake form 24 hours prior but still required you to cancel 24 hours prior (no choice) I rejected to fill it in the moment I was aware of it. Most importantly, the staff in black shirt agreed to cancel the appointment but still charged you Terrible customer service + unfair. I’m not coming back to this clinic ever again Is forcing you to sign something using your own appointment time that you paid for right? I just didn’t feel like I was given a choice. ****** So happy that this transaction was finally reversed (it was not when I called the insurance yesterday - isn’t it easier if we didn’t have to go through this?)

Doctor Jarrod Johnson is a true healer! I suffered a neck injury decades ago in University when I was horse playing around with a roommate (who was quite the brute and didn't know his own strength .... so really it was my own fault for ever engaging) and got put in an awkward wrestling hold that resulted in a POP sound in my neck so loud that the whole room went squeamish the moment it happened. Luckily for me the injury was only isolated to the muscles and there was no damage to the spine. Being young and resilient then, I let the injury to heal on it's own. It took a long, long time, before I felt any sort of normalcy in my neck. However as the years went by and as my body changed, I felt this old injury coming back to haunt me. After many years of being stubborn and believing that my neck would heal on it's own again as it once did, I finally did a google search and decided to try painPRO Coal Harbor as I was unable to tolerant the constant achy discomfort in my neck anymore. And thank my lucky stars that I was assigned to my savior Dr Jarrod Johnson. Dr Johnson didn't take long to figure out the issues that were causing my discomfort. He is a real professional who knows the body system inside out and was able to explain and educate me in a way that was simple enough for me to understand as I don't have an extensive knowledge on the human body. His adjustments were gentle yet extremely satisfying and brought relief to my sore neck and back. The exercises he prescribed to me were also very useful in reducing and relieving my discomfort. To my surprise the length of treatment was much shorter than I had anticipated considering how long I had put off finding help for my old injury. I continue to practice the exercises that were prescribed as a part of my regular health routine and can happily say that I've now moved past this part of my life that had been tormenting me for so long. Thank you Dr Johnson and painPRO for a new lease on life ???
