★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called their customer service team to inquire if I could reschedule my delivery date, they told me they couldn’t help and I’d have to call the company I ordered through. I did that and was told by the furniture company I couldn’t reschedule day of my delivery so I said I’d work something out and be home. North American logistics went ahead and cancelled my delivery 5 hours after the phone call and never told me. I sat at home all day waiting for my delivery and only found out they cancelled because I called them asking where my delivery was. I’m now being asked to pay $75 + taxes to reschedule my delivery because THEY cancelled it.
