R	Ryan Muller on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Al Thompson handled all my customs paperwork for importing a Japanese car, he dealt with the soil sample and customs forms very quickly and efficiently. He responds quickly to my questions whether they are emails or texts, and is very knowledgeable about what he does. I would recommend him to anyone who isn't lucky enough to be in the Vancouver area to handle it themselves, or to anyone who is unsure if they are able to do the paperwork themselves. Al makes picking up a car fast and easy, and I would recommend it to first time importers or people that may be out of the area and just want to buy a one way plane ticket to pick up their vehicle from port.
h	he wang on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I did three business with them and they overcharged twice. 1st time they refunded me. the last time they overcharged 1000 dollar and blame it is the custom's fault where my credit card was charged by them. now they still refuse to refund me. bad business. Never give them your credit card. this is a followup.2month later i think their manager saw this comment then contacted me and refunded my money

I was very new to the entire process of importing goods and on short notice Davidson & Sons jumped in and assisted me through the entire process, as I had very little time to pick up my goods. R	Rene Strinholm on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed with Davidson & Sons, have used them for years, specifically working with Al who has been great, through my 2 companies. Al moved to a new company last October and even though they were sent the power of attorney information stating I would no longer be using them, they keep hijacking my shipments and trying to bill me for them or provide false documentation for supposed outstanding invoices that are from 2018. They do not reply to me or acknowledge my emails, when I try to get them to stop, and not sure how it is legal to do business this way. Maybe a google review will get them to start acting how a business should. No means no.

My broker retired and I needed to find a new broker and had no idea who to use. I was recommended to Davidson & Sons by another company who uses them as their "go to broker" They had nothing but great things to say about them. I thought I would give them a try. Well, what a positive experience. They are now my "go to" as well. They are actually better than my last broker.... Thank you for all your assistance. I will most certainly recommend you to everyone know as well!

They fire you for standing up for yourself and having voice. Very toxic people and work environment. Don’t ever apply for a job here. If doing your job and it offends the clients because they complain that you ask them questions about their shipment, it’s a big deal. ? As a customs broker, you need to be compliant and ask these questions. Through the grapevine, people quit.
