Having almost zero knowledge when it comes to computers, they always manage to thoroughly explain my questions until I fully understood them. I was planning on having triple monitors for my work station, and the customer service staff explained how it would works and multiple options of what I could do, and it worked. I should have noted their names to show much appreciation. Instead I will write a google review. Thank you very much

I waited around and then eventually showed up where I was snapped at by 2 employees as if the fact theyre short staffed was my issue. I work in retail and wouldnt ever let my employees snap at a customer asking a simple question. Thank you for wasting my time and money!
P	Pamala Erickson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service is excellent and whatever I need some help to find whatever it is at the time I'm looking for there's always someone who is ready, willing and able to get me where I need to go. This London Drugs I've known and have been going to for many, many years and I've always appreciated their customer service at this one location. It's a tuff thing to get these days.
v	van van on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have very bad experience shopping online. I bought a stuff and the store informed me which was ready for pick up. The next email said that the stuff was picked up and the sell is completed?. Actually I was not to pick the stuff a couple hours later! I email LD online Customer Service and they reply also disappointed. It's look normal in LD and this is starnard procedures. What a terrible online experience! Don't recommend...
K	Kerry Gilks on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apparently The Drug Store closed at 7pm I was told my morphine’s would not be ready until after 2pm today so I said I’d be in before closing. NO ONE said they close at 7pm I got there at 7:01pm 2 people still in Pharmacy and they said NOPE COME BACK TOMORROW. Customer Service definitely going downhill. Don’t trust them if you need your medication they don’t care. Have had problems with them before with delivery so always keep a few days back up just incase something like this happens. However just to lazy they were still in the Pharmacy they could’ve given me my morphine.
E	Ebony Gooden on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I know a lot of sweet women whose name are Karen but this cashier (her tag also say she is a customer service), Karen L, was far from sweet. She tried to talk with me and I gestured to my ear that I cannot hear because I am Deaf. I was buying three bottle of waters and I also needed a $5 changes into coins for the parking. She continued to talk to me and then rolled her eyes when I again gestured to my ear while shaking my head. She mumbled and sighed like I was being inconvenience to her. I pointed at the $5 bill and gestured like "OK" in shape of coin. She gave me a blank look then shrugged. I pulled out a $1 coin. Again, she rolled her eyes and mumbled while giving me changes. She gave to me and then proceeded to say that I needed to bring a paper and pen. I'm almost 30 years old. I know how to communicate. I came in only needing to buy water bottles and get changes. I've rarely have any issues but there are time when I come into this type of audist behaviours. She is rude. Dehumanizing. Ableist. She continued to try to talk to me even when I was leaving. I am utterly disgusted.
N	Nick Kazan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Having the London drugs here is very convenient, especially for the Canada post pickup inside the store. The downside is that their stock is super inconsistent and the pricing is almost always higher than Safeway, Amazon, or other competitors. This place is sort of a last resort if you can’t find what you’re looking for elsewhere.
