★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really like living here, it is very close to the English Bay, Stanley Park and all other amenities of the downtown area. The property manager is very friendly and attentive to tenant's needs. Although that the building is from sixties, it is maintained quite effectively. I never experienced any issues so far. Apartment interiors are nicely renovated with new appliances, flooring and fresh paint and they look modern. The parking under the building is quite convenient if you own a car.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Since they have hired a new manager (he’s great) and a new maintenance Gentleman (he is also fantastic) this building has everything you need. Right in the heart of the Westend, 2 blocks from the beach and spectacular views make this a lovely place to live. Every tenant I’ve met has been kind and friendly. Small pets are allowed. Work is done when requested. Things have improved vastly with the new hires. I feel safe and looked after.
