β β β β β Poor customer service. You will wait to pick up your prescription for no other reason than they love to ignore you standing at the pick up window. They do not leave voice messages when your prescription is delayed so be prepared. Been using them for several years now. My complete history is in their computer and they always ask "have you taken this before?"acting like they never saw you before. Another wonderful experience brought to you by Safeway.
