β β β β β Ordered a special based upon the price advertised on a chalk board at front of restaurant. The bill was more expensive then what was advertised. I showed them the chalkboard price. The explanation for the higher price was, "they didn't have the right chalk to change the price on the chalk board"..
COMPLETELY LAME!!!
Not that the extra cost was going to crush my budget, but this lame excuse came across as deception and reduced meal satisfaction.

β β β β β A small pho place in Davie Village. Quick service, delicious food, and over all a very smooth experience.
I got their seafood pho, it was quite tasty.
Donβt forget to get their spicy peanut sauce, changed my whole ramen experience.

β β β β β It was my first time at a pho restaurant and what a great experience!
Went today for lunch with two friends. We were very satisfied to see they had a vegetarian option that fit the dietary needs of one of us.
I chose the dish number 20: Pho Dac Biet (special beef noodle soup with rare beef, brisket, beef balls, and tripe).
The portion was generous and the flavour was fantastic. Be aware that it includes cilantro, so if you aren't a fan of it, I advise you let the waiter know and look into them not adding it, since they cut and add it fresh.
If you've never had pho and you are looking into expanding your gastronomic experience, I recommend visiting this location!

β β β β β This joint is pretty dope! A great veggie grub selection with wholesome and delicious ingredients with a strong vibe of a family-ran eatery and vietnamese home-style cooking
I got the Phα» Chay θΆεζ²³η²ζ±€ which was extremely yummy, great broth with fantastic aromas and flavor. The Tofu slices seemed a bit stingy to be completely honest and a large helping of bean sprouts among anything else.
The Gα»i Cuα»n Chay tasted pretty awesome, stuffed full of goodies with a nice balanced satay dipping sauce, although it was pretty difficult to eat as it wasn't constructed too well, too sticky and ended up splitting open everywhere.
The joint itself is nice, a modern and well upkeep eatery area with plenty of minimalistic style seating. The staff here are super friendly, approachable and talented at serving up good efficient grub! They were also kind enough to throw me a huge heap of fresh chillis to make it nice and spicy, yum! A great location in the heart of fantastic Davie Street in downtown.
It'd be awesome if they did have some kind of mid-week lunch specials going which is the case at most other places. I hate to feel so negative but have to dub this a 3 based on the above.

β β β β β I love it! Pho Goodness was the first restaurant I went in after I arrived in Vancouver and they didn't disappoint me. I ordered the vegetarian pho and it was really nice. The broth was super delicious. Quick service and water for free. I've already been there a few times now and I definetly will come again. Thanks!
