★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of my favourite food places in downtown! Delicious and affordable, really commend how they've kept prices inexpensive for all these years. ?
The lady who seems to be the owner is very kind and genuine, and remembered us even after a long time!
They have subs, pho, rice and vermicelli plate, personally I prefer the subs. Vegetarian options available, can ask them "no mayo" to make it vegan. My favourite is the Tofu Sub. Take out available.
They moved to 430 West Pender St in Mar 2022 and now have much more seating!
One thing I wish is that they will use reusable bowls and cutlery instead of plastic disposable ones, would definitely be better for both the environment and eating experience.

I was excited to visit this unique pho store which impressed me in a lot of ways.
First of all, they operate in a very small space of about 100 square feet, maybe less. The three women behind the counter were quick, efficient and made orders in such a tight area so well.
I walked in and was greeted with multiple vegan options left to right. From drinks, to food to sandwiches. I opted for some traditional pho, medium spice level with tofu for protein.
We drove out to Stanley park to enjoy the meal, which took about 20-25 minutes. To my surprise, the meal was STILL hot and at a very enjoyable temperature. They package it well and know how to make sure you’re bag is prepared will all the utensils/sauces to enhance the experience.
Overall, the noodles were very tasty, along with the rest of the meal. Tofu can be hard to cook well but this place nailed it.
Hit it up for a quick take out meal!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Omg. Got 2 subs here today. The bread was so stale. There was so little filling I can only taste the pickle carrots. This sub is not even worth $1. I've eaten Vietnamese subs in Vietnam to small towns all over North America. This is the worse by far. The ingredients taste old and stale also. Very disappointed

I would agree with my fellow Google Guides - this place is great. Pick-up (and now dine-in) low cost, very delicious and authentic food. Nothing like a big bowl of pho for under $10 - including the tip. My only disappointment is the fact that I’ve walked by this place hundreds of times…and only just discovered what I’ve been missing. My favourite is the house beef special. Perfect for cold fall-winter days. Enjoy!
