The service is amazing ! The girls are always so fun and friendly.
When my regular fave vibe was out of stock, the lady ( tall dark hair, recently back from a 8 month vacation ) took the time to find out my preferences, and sold me a 20 speed rechargeable vibe that blew my mind ! It was beyond expectations !
(FYI it’s the Screaming O Charged Positive Vibe )

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very decent selection, clean and comfortable atmosphere (not sleazy at all), excellent customer service. Products with moving parts got checked for functionality before they were bagged. Will definitely go back.
ETA 02/20: It seems they offer a service wherein you can call in the SKU of anything you like from their website, and they'll go get it from their warehouse and hold it behind the counter for next-day pickup. If I could add a few more stars, I would.

I asked for a water-based lubruxant which the front of the product advertises, but when I started using it, I'ce had nothing but stains everywhere.
When I read the ingrediants, the first and most dominant ingrediant in thia product was glycerin, an oil-based product.
Also this product seeps out of it's lid and is always dripping lubricanr down the sides of the bottle leaving stains everywhere.
MAJOR FALSE ADVERTISING AND THEIR SALES STAFF COULDN'T BE BOTHERED TO READ THE FINE PRINT OR TEY THEIR OWN PRODUCTS AND TELL THEIR CUSTOMERS THEIR PRODUCTS ARE THE BEST.
COMPLETE LIES. UNEDUCATED STAFF. WASTE OF MONEY.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not go here!! They discriminated against me even after producing medical information. They asked me to leave even though they are public company and display public hours.
Probably the worst treatment I’ve had in this city. Interesting that a smut store would be so discriminatory. Really sad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Edit: Annie was super kind and apologetic, and she replaced the item under warranty at no cost.
Spent a lot money here (they're more expensive than online, but I was preferring to support local), and one of the products was having intermittent malfunctions. Product had a one year warranty, but they refused to return or exchange it because they said it looked fine. Manager was practically calling me a liar in the store, which made me feel super uncomfortable.
