★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have been to this location dozens of times to fill prescriptions, pick up the odd bit of groceries or utilize postal services. They have always been awesome ... and very helpful - and quick with respect to prescriptions - typically within 15 minutes. Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a decent size Shoppers Drug Mart, which is not very busy and there is Post Office located inside of it. Great selection of products. Very pleasant and patient ladies in luxury cosmetics section. Very cooperative staff in pharmacy department. There are good promos on pop and frozen foods from time to time.
Quick service at checkout. I will be back again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place has been my main go to for my prescriptions as an adult with ADHD(VAST), and anyone who understands how this neurological disability affects people will understand my frustration.
Four times within another I have paid for my Vyvanse, been told to come get prescription; then to find out that they don't have enough pills to provide to me so I pay the whole amount to get anywhere from 3-7 pills and wait for the rest.
Now this last week was it. I called and did an automatic refill on last TUESDAY, saying it would be done by Thursday. I than went in on Thursday to receive 5 pills, and told to come in Friday and it would be done.
I started working nights so was unable to come in, but hey I figured since it would be filled out, I could just grab it Saturday or Sunday.
Nope only to go in Sunday to find out they haven't got the order yet. I was than told it comes in today and would get a call around noon for it. I told the individual I work nights so long as it's ready by then.
Now it's noon, I just called and they have my meds, but they won't be ready for another 2 or so hours. When I'm already gone to work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was very disappointing we gave prescription yesterday day and was l told us to come and pick up today when I go today they said we missplace prescription and telling us to stay another 15 min and he was laughing never recommended

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi, been to this shoppers for years. I was told to wait 30 mins for a new prescription and I said okay. 40 mins in and I go ask them when it will be ready and they say 5 more mins. 50 mins in and I go ask again, 5 more mins. At the one hour mark, a lady finally calls my name only to tell me that they don't carry the generic brand and I have to pay $10 more for the brand one. Sure ok. Proceeds to deal with my prescription in under 10 mins and then I left. Pls tell me why I waited a WHOLE HOUR for something that took just a few mins. I had already been at this pharmacy and they had all my info on file! All they had to do was pull the prescription off the shelf and I would pay for it. Very disappointed.

The cashier was so lazy! when I asked to buy bus tickets she re-directed me to her back wicket, literally a arm distance away, while she is open. I wonder how hard for her to get the tickets. And, of course, I waited half an hour in the other line. I told her this was the bad service ever, and you know what??? She didn't seem to care at all!!
