He is very kind and and courteous. I am so happy to have a great pharmacist in the plaza closest to my home. Thank you so much sir!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Words can not express how amazing the owner of this pharmacy is. I called them exactly at closing and had explained my situation. I was in dire need of medication that another major chain pharmacy did not have in stock. They went above and beyond and even stayed almost an hour after closing to help me out and provide me with my medication. Waseem is living proof that he is in this profession to help people and they see you as a person, not just a number. They have a passion to help people and it shows. It's so rare to see this kind of treatment in this day and age. Truly grateful for your services. Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately I had to get myself and my 2 year old tested for Covid. The pharmacist, Waseem, was absolutely wonderful through the whole process. On the phone, doing test, and especially interacting with my daughter. I don’t know how he made it fun for her, but she kept happily telling me how Waseem “cleaned my nose!”. Clearly a miracle worker and made a stressful situation actually pleasant. Thank you!

He was able to coordinate a phone call consultation and even offered to stay late past close so I could pick up a prescription. When is the last time you have received that kind of customer service since covid. This is the only place I will come from now on.....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I mostly enter this clinic for the paediatric services. The staff is always so kind and compassionate unlike the previous Children’s clinic in Ajax this is now ran much better. Although I feel the doctor could be more attentive to concerns, the clinic itself and staff are amazing. Pharmacist Waseem is always very kind and informative, will get you details and appointments if needed and always calls back. 5 stars are for him and clinic reception.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came to this location because my 21 month old was pulled from daycare because of a cough. I went and called multiple places with no luck. I came upon this pharmacy and called them. Waseem answered my questions very quickly and within 15 minutes I was able to show up and had my little guy tested and got my results back within 10 minutes. This was all done in my car too. He was so professional and kind. For a new mom that haven't had to test her child till now this made my experience so easy and calm. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a place to have kids tested to come here. Also they have a children's walk in clinic here... Nice to have this close by my home. Thank you again Waseem!
