K	Karan Saini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hello, this review is aimed at achieving 2 things. One, to help you strictly avoid going to this person named Siraj Muneer who is the practitioner at this place. This practitioner has ZERO ethics, either professional or medical. We were there for a medical examination and he refused service after incorrectly filling out the medical form even though we paid a hefty amount for it and offered to bear the expense once again. This practitioner was did not even come to the front and provide us with a reasoning or explanation for his unethical attitude. The second thing we are trying to achieve is to hold him responsible for his ruthless behaviour as a medical practitioner and file a complaint with C.P.S.O.(College of Physicians and surgeons of Ontario) against him. I urge you to contact me if you have already experienced or do in future this kind of unethical behaviour at the hands of this practitioner. A cumulative lawsuit against this practitioner will help hold him accountable faster.

One of them were "may I get a prerequisite for some blood work for my yearly physical? I also told him my calf has been sore for a week or two and I'd like to get that checked out as well. ( family history of clotting. Which i told him about) He told me I only came in for the dizziness, wrote up a scrip and rudely told me to leave. He didn't want to deal with me and my questions/problems. Told me to go find a family doctor I recently moved to the Durham area and am in the process of doing that. Is thats how you deal with patients? The lack of professionalism was uncalled for. Some people have no respect but cannot deal with disrespect...
D	Dina Abbas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came to this clinic after dealing with excruciating pain while breastfeeding; while the front desk staff was absolutely lovely and 5/5* I would never come back due to the dismissiveness of the doctor. Looked at me for 2 seconds before suggesting antibiotics to “get ahead of the problem” (with no regard for me saying I’m breastfeeding) and when I asked for alternate forms of treatment suggested I go to the ER lol. So much for coming to try and get some help as a new mom in pain; I know now to wait for an apt with my family doctor and not try to shortcut with places like this. Do not recommend if you’re looking for any sort of attentive or diligent care.
