All I can say is stay away from this location, unless you are after extremely rude service. Also, don’t expect them to apologize for messing up. There are better pharmacies in the area.

I judge a location by my own personal criteria. I purchase my personal hygiene supplies from this Shoppers. I never had an issue. Very clean place, quiet and provides me with all my personal needs. Will come again!

No wonder why all of reviews for this pharmacy is so low and terrible. I did my PCR test here and waiting for the results for past 48 hours. On the Covid-19 page, it states that if I haven't received the result, I must contact the place/location where I did my PCR test. However, when I called the pharmacy, according to the representative there, they have no clue to track/ found the results. So, I had to call Health Canada again but the response was the same. Please be professional and do not waste my time. I regret choosing this location at this period of time.

Got a text on Tuesday saying a my prescription was ready for pickup went to get it today (Friday) and was told that my prescription wasn't ready!?! Waited an hour to pick up a prescription that should have been done days ago. This is absolutely unacceptable behavior from the pharmacy team. Get your act together!

Terrible service! My medications supposed to be ready at 5pm and they were insisting to pick them up as soon as you can. I was there at 5:30, they told me in 20 min it’ll be ready.. 30 minutes later I asked for my medication, they said not ready yet, you need to wait another 30 minutes, don’t go anywhere!!! So I was hanging there for more than an hour while they could just let me know from the beginning how long it will take! And not rush me to go and pick it up when it wasn’t ready.

Only ever had issues here. From the pharmacy staff telling me at over what my doctor had written on the prescriptions to waiting for hours for prescriptions to be ready. Called last night as I needed a medication asap for my 2 year old. It was 7pm and I asked them how long it would take - they said they wouldn’t have it ready tonight - they closed at 10pm. I called the shoppers at Bayview and major Mackenzie and they had it ready in 15/20 minutes.

We just picked up my son's prescription and were given so much attitude by the pharmacist on duty called A! We had submitted our prescription at 6 pm and they said they would call us when the prescription was ready. No one called us and we needed the antibiotic for the night so we decided to go in at 9.45 pm to see what was taking so long! This woman treated us with so much disrespect as if she was doing us a big favor by giving us our meds! People should boycott this Shopper's just for the way they treat people! This isn't the field for the staff working there. They need some bedside manners to work in a field like this! I just read all the reviews and I guess they won't train their staff till someone dies from being given the wrong prescription or from not getting their medicines on time!

Same situation as Stephen a month ago. Mrs. A at the drop off drug counter used a rude hand gesture for me to come over on Feb 3rd at 14:15 hrs. I provided my prescription and Veteran Blue Cross β€œK” client number (accepted at all pharmacies in Canada) and Mrs. A said, β€œI require the Carrier and Group number”. I informed her that Blue Cross coverage for veterans don’t require it and I asked her to call Blue Cross to confirm. Mrs. A refused to call and kept on telling me she requires the Carrier and Group number. Incidentally, I already called Blue Cross the previous week and they advised the Pharmacy only requires the β€œK” client number to fulfill the prescription. I have not experienced this rude treatment at any pharmacy. Customer service is questionable.
