G	GRAY on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had very bad expirience with the hospital pharmacy on June 28/2018. I was relesed from the hospital that day and brought my prescriptions to this pharmacy. The place was empty when I walked in and there were three workers doing absolutely nothing but chatting about their personal things. I was asked to wait in the lobby 15 minutes while their preparing my meds. I waited 30 min ...and then when approched the front desk they told me to wait more. I waited another 20 min...i was in a very bad shape And literally coud barely stay on my feet. When I asked one if the younger lady with dark hair why is it take so long for only one person to be served-she was very rude and ugnorent...saing that the prescriptions wasnt handled to her personally. I asked her if its not the same organization or company dealing with meds. Instead- she was picking her nose and bubling something unclear. What a customer service we have inside the hospital!!! Whoever is a manager supervisor or owner of this place-should be aware whats going on there and fire this lazy unprofessional people. I will take it to the hospital administration and media! I myself work in medical field and know exactly how the patient service and care should be delivered to the public.

Dropped of the prescription there, after returning to pick it up they told me that the prescription isn't covered by my benefits (bs) and that I have to pay full pop. Additional, they simply gave me ingredients while telling me I have to mix it myself. How is that even allowed? I'm not a pharmacist. Once I told them that I'd rather take my prescription to Shoppers, the lady literally threw it in my face and told me off. At one point during our unpleasant exchange the lady told me that she called my phone to get a hold of me. That was a total lie, I didn't have any missed calls or voicemails. Stay away from these people. Take your business elsewhere. I went to Shoppers, zero issues. Mixed my meds and took my benefits.

They are professional and caring for our needs. All our meds were reviewed, consulted if required. This is my favourite pharmacy!!

They are always courteous, prescriptions are on time and they even offered me free delivery when I was too sick to get the medication. They took the time to answer my questions which Shoppers doesn't seem to care doing even though they charge you an arm and a leg for dispensing fees. I would never go back to Shoppers after this.
