F	Faraaz Simco on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is terrible, you don't call it hospital. they hold my son in emergency crowded room for six hours after taking his blood, sent him home without any treatment with a phone appointment for next three days. While his symptoms getting worse, and he just had pain relief pills, the hospital didn't call at the appointment, sent email, postponing appointment to the next week!! When I call them, after 40 minutes waiting, a clerk told me they don't have doctor, if we don't get the appointment, we will be scheduled for next month! So sorry and frustrated that these people are sucking our tax money.

Staff are friendly and super professional. So happy I didn’t wait a long time. Got the IV at the end and feel so much better. Thank you!

My wife had mammography appointment and she emailed the doc requisition to them but at the day of appointment they asked for print of the requisition which was non sense. We had to waste time and print out outside and go back to hospital. Easily could be printed with the front desk printer but they don't do it. Unbelievable

I got send to the minor emergency room right after registration and got my X-ray in less than 15 mins. The health workers are very friendly and chill. Glad I decided to drop by to ensure my condition is not getting worse.
G	Good Times on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thank God for Dr. Greg Ikonnikov!! I had to take my mom, who is in her 90th, to the emergency several times. All doctors who treated her were nice, but only one checked her thoroughly and took action. He changed her antibiotics, switched to IV, removed one of her medications that was causing troubles, and added hydration and electrolytes. All in all, after only a few weeks my mom is almost back to herself. Thank you Dr. Ikonnikov!

This hospital services is horrible.2 day's before my appointment someone from the clinic phoned me and informed me to not necessarily to fall in line upon my arrival in the clinic and just in time. I was even earlier than my appointment time when I reached there .my appointment is 10am.then put me into my gown and iv ,and there's 5 people behind me and same procedure they did but those people behind me are been assisted first and still I'm waiting until 10 :30 and onwards still I'm sitting there unassisted. It's been a long wait and felt hungry because I'm nothing per Orem before the procedure..and also just water the day before my appointment. It ends up I cancelled my appointment and going home ...what a horrible experience. ?
K	Kwon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There seems to be a lot of negative reviews largely around how long they have to wait. If you go to any other hospital in the GTA it’s about the same or worse. The long wait times are expected when you have free healthcare. The doctors have a lot of patients to deal with so people should just be more patient. This hospital is more efficient that others I have visited. Yes I had to wait but not as long as I’ve had to wait at other hospitals. It’s relatively clean and I felt the staff were generally nice. There can always been room for improvement.
