★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to the Signature Cosmetic Clinic to try the hydrafacial MD with my husband and we loved our first trial experience at Vaughan location. Mira is very patient and professional as she introduced the service in details and helped me with booking appointment based on my time preference. The front desk staff are very friendly as well as the manager Anki, who walked me to the room and made sure I was taken care of. Our nurse Kelly is professional, gentle and caring. She provided us with each step of the trial session and useful tips on daily skin care. Overall experience is awesome. Will definitely recommend and go back to explore more services!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the Cosmetic Clinic which I highly recommended. All the staff in the clinic are so nice and professional. Specially, the manager, Anki, is so nice according to your skin problem and give the right advise. The most important things is she NEVER EVER hard sales. When you go there for relax, that is really relax never have anyone come to the room, and sale you the produces or promotion. Also, Lala, she will according to your skin situation and give you time schedule for your next treatment. Overall experience is awesome. Will definitely recommend and go back to explore more services!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had botox done at this location- didn't get the results I expected as my frown lines were still showing so went back for my followup appointment today to get it fixed. They said they will charge me extra for touchups, I refused to pay extra as I have never paid extra at other clinics for followup appointments and they refused to get it fixed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m so excited to share this with you guys! It was my first time at Signature cosmetics clinic Vaughan after my friend share the store’s contact information with me. I added their WeChat and Anki, the store manager, contacted me. Anki was extremely nice and patient. She answered all questions I was wondering about and she also assigned me to Jane, a senior nurse. Jane is very professional in explaining everything, the positives and the negatives, to me. They’re not pushy at all and it was always my choice.
I will be continuing to visit them again in the future!

Just a regular facial treatment, the professional team are knowledgeable, willing to share their experience and technical information with you to educate how you should treat your skin better. Carina and Mira helped to setup everything and done a great follow up. Of cause Lana the senior technician whom took care of me like a friend, never as a sales. And the location manager Anki done a full explain about what've done today, and a excellent follow up with with heart. Highly recommended!
