From the minute you walk in the door, greeted by one of the friendliest administrators youβve ever met (seriously, she deserves a raise!!) to the hygienists who are personable, genuine and thoughtful, to the dentist who is professional, caring and will take the time to ensure itβs done well and you are comfortable. Hiiiighly recommend making this your forever Dentist!

β β β β β A friend recommended Impressions Dental to our family a few years ago. We gave it a try, love it and never looked back. We have been extremely happy with the level of service we have received. The office is very modern and clean. The staff is always friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. Dr. Chu is excellent!
My four year old daughter had her first dental appointment with Dr. Chu about 7 months ago and I am especially thankful with the kid friendly service she received. When I told my daughter we were going to see the dentist again for the second time, I couldnβt believe she was actually looking forward to it! A side bonusβ¦ but itβs been easier for me to get her to brush her teeth. I just have to refer back to the βsugar bugβ story from Dr. Chuβs office. Never fails!
I would definitely recommend Impressions Dental to anyone looking for a new dentist. Overall, I feel that the staff members genuinely care about their patients which is why I think this office has been able to develop such a loyal patient base. Good luck and keep up the good work!

β β β β β I am revising my earlier rating of Impressions Dental (ID) from two to four stars. Why you may ask? Well, following my initial post, I tried to find a new dentist in the R. Hill area but I had some difficulty finding one that I felt comfortable with. I therefore re-contacted ID regarding getting an estimate to crown one of my tooth, and on this occasion a full break-down of the charges was provided. As a result of this, I recently returned to this office to get the tooth prepared for the crown. All of the staff were welcoming and took steps to make my visit comfortable. Before proceeding, Dr. Lee took the time to explain what she intended to do. I also felt that she did not rush to get me out ASAP, but took the time necessary to properly prepare my tooth. I will be returning to have the crown fitted in two weeks.

β β β β β Dr. Chu and her team are amazing ! From The moment I walk in the door with cheerful greeting and smiles....to the moment I leave is an amazing experience. Especially with these trying times....I feel completely safe with all the extra precaution they have taken to ensure everyone is safe! I have been coming here for years and couldnβt imagine having anyone else working on my teeth ?

The clinic is really clean and they use up-to-date technology to help the patient understand their problem and give the best options for the client to decide. I would say Dr. Sophia Lee's workmanship is excellent and fast. I am really glad my friend recommended Dr. Lee to me. Highly recommended!
