Since I went here, I’ve had the WORST in grown hairs, that i’ve never had in my life, and I’ve had waxed at other places before. I even bought their $40 in grown serum and it doesn’t do anything. I take care of my skin to prevent in growns but ever since I started going here, my skin is RUINED. I’m SO upset, never going here again.

With this concept in my mind, I have gotten a few services done by Stephanie, honestly she is the most thoughtful person I have ever met! She goes above and beyond by asking if the wax is too hot or if I'm comfortable or not. She is efficient with her time and offers painless services! She truly has her own way of showing she genuinely cares! There's alot of waxing service providers these days in North Etobicoke that are using rolling devices on all their customers which I find extremely unsanitary; again another reason to come to your business. I hope that this trust continues because you guys are awesome! I can't wait for my next appointment ?!
T	Tisany T on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing experience! I used to go to Markham for my Brazilian waxes but with gas prices going up, I was looking for something closer to home. I found this gem on Google. First things first, it is very clean. The front desk receptionist was very sweet. Fatema did my wax. She was south Asian as well and knew how to handle my skin type and hair type. She was fast, precise, and knew exactly what she was doing. Fatema used a mix of strip wax and hard wax. She never double dipped. She was extremely knowledgeable. No wax is painless, but it was definitely manageable. Will definitely be coming back!!

Second, no matter who is at the front, I am always welcomed with a smile. I'm usually not one to make conversation, but I always feel so comfortable with the staff that I find myself talking a bit too much. Lastly, my waxologist, Stephanie, is beyond amazing! I always go to her. She does everything so well and in such a timely manner. She always makes me feel so comfortable for all services I have.
