c	chad delainey on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic staff members. We had a small hiccup during check in and after a long road trip wasnt looking forward to dealing with any issues. We didnt even have to say anything. An amazing staff member Millie from housekeeping spotted our stress and her and her team immediately went to work solving any issues we had. Millie was excellent in our time of need and our entire stay. She went above and beyond to make sure our stay was enjoyable.

When I arrived the staff were chatting with a man drinking a beer in the lobby and carrying on a very unprofessional conversation. The hallways were strewn with garbage and, memorably, a pair of used underwear. The room was filthy, the bathroom doorknob was broken, the sink was clogged, and the fridge was broken. This was a problem for a family with a baby who needs formula refrigerated. The hotel's solution was to move us to a room that didn't have enough beds. I refused and was told the option was to use a fridge 3 floors down - not exactly helpful for midnight feedings. I will keep driving to the next town if I have to to avoid this hotel in the future.
s	shaun quinn on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed with my stay. I have always stayed at the sandman signature for work, typically for moths at a time. It’s my opinion that this location does not hold up to the signature standard. Laundry is an issue, no rooms with washer and dryer (from my understanding), nor is there laundry facilities on site. The so called kitchenette (that I ended up with) has a low grade beer fridge at best, no freezer. And they are doing the we are not going to clean your room unless you request it due to Covid program which does get old after awhile. In PG, I think for the price point you are better off at the Marriott or the Best Western Plus.
L	Lisa Winland on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed for two weeks and upon check in, room was filthy, hairs in the tub/shower and shampoo spills in the tub, sheets look like they had been dropped on the floor or drug in a few spots, carpet is not vacuumed even when you request a cleaning, walls have splash marks in each room and broken glass in the hallway. Everyone puts their garbage in the hallways to be taken as housekeeping is only on request. Parking is tight for pick ups and limited due to everyone taking two spots to allow for exit without being boxed in. Seems like a good rate, but to expensive for what you get once you stay. Moved to another hotel for 30$ more a night and well worth it.
B	Brittany Ellen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Didn't even get a chance to stay here! They required a $300 deposit for our room on top of the $300 I was being charged for the room. Was never told that I would be charged so much. The email I got said $305. Have never paid such a ridiculous deposit fee before and will never give my service to a place demanding that of its patrons. We drove 2 hours to stay here and ended up going to a much better hotel anyways. Try the Pomeroy next door for better service and pricing.
L	L Holley on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff are usually friendly. The restaurant on site is awesome! Room service is pricey but worth it. Close to shopping. Rooms look old and tired. The parking lot is tight if you drive a truck. King suites with a separate bedroom and kitchenette are comfortable. Especially if with the full fridge for big Costco shops.
C	C & J Seinen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Could’ve been better. Food in the floor from previous occupants and hairs in the tub. The blankets on the bed are VERY thin. Bring your own if you like some warmth and weight. No luggage carts upon checkout. The front desk attendant said they are being used by people checking out. I walked the halls and found two unused on the fourth floor. Struggling to get the RSVP points For the stay even though the same front desk attendant said they would show up shortly. I’m not sure I’ll stay here again.

Fresh coffee always ready in the lobby every morning. Melissa and Tilly especially, have been nothing short of wonderful making my dog and I seem like we are not just clients staying here. It’s a warm and friendly place to stay. Thank you all for making my home away from home enjoyable.
