Rooms were very clean, and the beds were quite comfy.
Reasonably priced if you book early and not last minute.
PLENTY of parking for boats which is HUGE for people like us.
Honestly the best part of this place for me was that little patio area outside the hotel...Kenora DIES at 10pm in the summer. Not a thing open anywhere, period. That patio saved our trip with a little place to have a few drinks before bed.
5 stars all the way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Early breakfast (starts at 5AM) compared to Super 8 at Kapuskasing(starts at 6:30) - Good clean location for a night stop .. Enough parking .. $195 with taxes for a night - might be on a higher end compared to other value locations we visited before ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got burned for my booked room came here. It just had to be the most expensive suite. They gave me a discount which was needed. Staff was very helpful. If your on 2nd floor your walking your stuff up 2 sets of stairs. The cart on 2nd floor has a flat wheel hopefully they will get it fixed. I was there May 18th. Continental breakfast is very good. I gave 3 stars since I had to make 4 trips to 2nd floor. That was very frustrating in so many ways.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed there during our move across Canada, the hotel is pet friendly and by far the best pet friendly rooms I have ever stayed in. We have a cat and normally he can get under or into the beds and boxsprings or behind something and with this room there was no chance for anything like that.. It was a pleasant experience. Staff are beyond friendly and their service is great.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you wish to be allowed to Smudge in your hotel room, this is the place for you. If you prefer clean air and safety, I strongly suggest you book elsewhere.
I have adjusted the service rating upwards. The Hotel Manager has been very helpful in addressing my issue with me after the fact.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The gentleman at the front desk was super accommodating and friendly. The rooms were clean and modern. The beds are firm and the pillows comfortable. Would definitely recommend this place over comfort inn which was a tiny room, without a coffee maker and just as pricy! Happy we stayed here ?
