★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were so hungry and very happy to stop in here for a late lunch. I ordered the veggie burger and fries. My husband had a chicken wrap and fries. Both of us remarked that the food was a bit bland but totally edible. My burger bun was nicely toasted and the grilled veggies on the burger a nice compliment. The fries were delicious!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the stops from our road trip to Ontario from the Yukon. Casey's Grill Bar is located near the INN where we had reservations. The reception lady was polite and assisted us in our table. Since we are not familiar with the place and feel like it is only ideal for adults, the staff was really friendly with my 11 y/o The food was great and big servings too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So I was having a Murphy's law kind of day and we had a not so great experience at another restaurant so we decided to try Casey's. They sat us on the patio, the server ( I think her name was Emily or Emma maybe?) went above any beyond. We never had to wait for a drink, the food was quick, accurate and tasted ahhhhmazing. We noticed the manager was going out of his way to assist on the patio even rearranging the furniture for someone that needed the shade. That was lunch... since the whole covid thing most restaurants had odd hours so we went back to Casey's for dinner. We were met with apologies about having to wait, but really we only waited maybe 5 mins. The same manager from earlier had sat us and our bartender served us, She was very courteous and attentive despite being busy at the bar top. Both servers provided top notch service and made a point of conversing with us and making us feel at home. The recommendations we're on point and to top it off at the end of the night the manager came out after close and check to make sure our cab was still coming. Overall I highly recommend this place to any traveller's wanting to stop for a pint or a bite, very reasonable pricing compared to other restaurants in the area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quite disappointed in my meal this evening. I ordered the cashew chicken stir fry. It consisted of a boatload of spaghetti noodles with sauce and very few veggies or chicken..

Listened to nothing but a phone ringing extremely loud for over 1.5 hours while we waited for our food and the burger, pasta and potatoes were cold. Garlic toast was burnt black. Fries were soggy. Almost everything was inedible except for the walleye which was good.
However our waitress was fantastic. She made a terrible experience great. She did her absolute best with absolute garbage food.
