β β β β β Priced higher than advertised, signage indicates the pool/sauna would be open but itβs not. Expedia and everything online indicated breakfast was included but itβs not included!! Room was nice and clean and everything looks good but not worth the price when considering the lack of services.

β β β β β Never have I stayed in a hotel that was so noisy. Literally can hear everything in surrounding rooms from constant walking at all hours to someone coughing. Was not informed online that the pool was closed.

I can hear each guest on each side of my room. The place is stained and crooked. There are lipstick stained cigs on the bathroom mirror. But hey, at least the cleaning staff left me the Twinkies the last guy forgot in the cupboard.

β β β β β Dirty, filthy motel. Carpets from lobby, to hallways, to rooms, worn, filthy and disgusting. Would not take shoes off in room, blood stains on carpet. Embarrassing for franchise name. Front desk clerk asleep on the couch and told us he was doing us a favor giving us a room at 530AM that we had prepaid 164.00 for on hotels.com. What a dump

β β β β β Hotel was dirty however room was clean. Friendly staff is the only reason I even gave it 2 stars. Itβs was expensive and more than advertised on the internet. There was banging all night above our room. Phone in room didnβt work. Would not stay here again.

β β β β β I was really disappointed. The lobby and room was out dated and had a weird smell. I was told the pool was closed when I called but got a bit excited when we drove up and the sign outside said "Stay and Swim" only to find it is closed. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I was surprised that the guy checking us out in the morning was wearing a toque and sweat pants. The room was fairly clean. Dust on the lamps, baseboards, all around the tv, the tv stand and microwave. We didn't remove our socks because after an hour or so after arriving I noticed the bottom of my 3 year olds feet were really dirty from the dirty carpet. Don't think we'll be staying here again!

β β β β β Carpet was stained both chairs were seriously stained. The tub was stained/dirty door handle coming off in the bathroom. Oh and worst of all as many reviews mentioned no sound proofing. Super loud stomping above and I was right by one of the exit door and could hear people entering and exiting. Over priced under taken care of. Any the amenities like the pool and stuff are not available yet the price is still the same. I booked online and there tried charging me extra aswell. Front desk lady was friendly but unhelpful and just kept saying sorry.

I booked at this hotel passing threw and have never had the kind of rudeness I just witnessed. Me and my husband both had face covering masks on. He accepted my mask but said my husband need to wear a different mask or he would call the cops. No explanation or reason to why my husband's face mask was not acceptable when sign said mask or face covering. Seconds later 2 cops showed up. We did nothing wrong they will not get our business
