I thought I'm going to Marriot with the global level of service! All of us know that restrictions were removed from BC except mask! (it is the end of Feb 2022)Then You are coming to this hotel and facing;
-You don't have any room service as you are staying in our hotel for less than 7 days! Oh really? Where did you mention this? Umm sorry nowhere, it's BC's rules!?! Is it????? Why event Fairmont Hotels doesn't have these rules?! Marriott is the only one?!?
- Check the room status in the pictures!
- Ok! Room service is not there, why you didn't put a bottle of water in the room? Or milk for coffee? In an area where 1st store is far from u when the weather is -13
-No Lunch, No dinner and u don't have access to any restaurant closely as I mentioned above. They have only breakfast till 10:30 am with awful coffee which 100% only carrying Starbucks Logo!
In conclusion, we didn't feel like a guest in your hotel. We felt we r hostages for three days. it's not the way u should treat tourists especially in this horrible economical situation where every client is valuable for surviving businesses.
My score is not one because staffs were nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The room was king size with a small sofa. Was clean and serviced daily. A nice place to stay when travelled for business- and underground parking which was an extra was secure. This is a plus.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We decided to try this new hotel out for our anniversary. That was a mistake. The room was very sterile feeling. Not very welcoming, just a mostly empty space save for the bed. We brought a small 2 piece cake with us. The fridge in the room was a bar fridge and it wouldn't fit. The fridge barely fit a bottle of wine! I asked for a different room as we were going to buy dinner and would want to store leftovers in the fridge. Nope, all the rooms have the same tiny fridge! So don't figure on getting take-out and eating in the room unless you have zero leftovers. Very disappointing. Won't be back to that location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed for three nights for my grandfather's celebration of life. The hotel was amazingly clean and the staff was helpful. The hpauekeeping did an amazing job. I gave four stars because the bistro was closed for our trip.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Probably one of the better hotels available in Prince George. The actual hotel and facilities are very nice, still very new, and clean. The pool was probably one of the best pools in terms of cleanliness and condition from my stays throughout the Province.
However, the location of the hotel, while close to many restaurants and food, is still surrounded by homeless camps and homeless people approaching you for cash, smokes, etc. Never encountered any problems, but not somewhere I'd bring the family.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's in a good location minutes from the downtown area near many restaurants and shops. The hotel overall is beautiful! The rooms are beautiful and clean. This was my second time staying at this hotel and I would definitely stay here again.
One downfall is that the fridge is quite small. You can't fit very much into it which is alright for short stays but if your staying there for longer it gets quite annoying. But they do have actual glasses in the rooms for us to use.
The pool and hot tub, and gym are super nice aswell.
