★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful, modern rooms. I was very pleased with the look of the room we stayed in. The downside was that the bathroom door was very awkward and heavy. For someone with disabilities this would be super difficult to shut. The wall between the sleeping area and the bathroom remains clear (you can see into the bathroom) until the door closes completely. Neat idea and design, aside from the fact it took 2 of us to close it the first time as it was stuck open.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff was very friendly and the hotel was very clean. Small issues such as the beverage vending machine not working but when I approached the front desk about it they did send some drinks up to my room.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: The location, and the coffee bar and staff member that made me coffee very early in the morning before I had to go to the airport. Negative: The main lobby and coffee station was very dirty for the level that the Ramada is usually at. The floors were dirty and the coffee bar was not kept well. The worker loaded fresh creamo over old creamo and probably should take foodsafe course.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice room, good service. Disappointed that restaurant was closed and this was not put on website. Also the parking is a little inconvenient across the street.
Hotel location has a lot of other options for eating close by.
would be 4 stars if restaurant was open

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed in our experience. We got a jacuzzi suite and the jacuzzi didn't actually work. The lights also seemed to fli ker a lot. The sheets are not soft at all. Starbucks is located in the lobby but is closed on Sundays. They need to renovate the rooms. Won't be staying there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: The fellow that checked me in upgraded my room which was an unexpected treat. Overall it was a very nice clean room. It was also very quiet in the area that I was in. There was a rain shower which I enjoyed. Negative: Parking across the street in the parkade is a bit of a chore in the snow.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The check in process was quick, friendly and smooth. The room was clean and well appointed. The room in the evening was a little noisy with the TV in the next room being heard as we fell asleep - not loud enough to keep us awake.
The gym has restricted open hours, but the front desk opened it early for me to get in my workout. The gym was clean and well equipped.
The checkout was quick and easy, with the bill being accurate.
Parking is across the street but appeared secure, well lit and clean.
