Otherwise the Hotel itself is amazinggg... pet bed and bowl in the room for my fur babies. Good breakfast, super comfy bed, and amazingly friendly staff! They have earned my business for all the times I plan to come visit PG!
S	Sandra Heuberger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great first experience at this hotel. They met or exceeded all of my expectations, namely: 1) check- in was quick. On my reservation I requested a crib and it was already in the room, set up with sheets. 2) the rooms are CLEAN. The floors aren’t carpet so they’re actually sanitary. 3) the bed is super comfy. Like a cloud actually. 4) extra sheets, blankets, and pillows were already in the room for the pullout couch. 5) the complimentary HOT breakfast was stellar. There was plenty of food, and again it was all presented in a very clean manner. 6) the pool is great. Yes, it’s small, and yes, there’s no hot tub… but the brand new aquatic center is going up RIGHT next to it. Doesn’t make much sense for them to spend a great deal on slides. The pool area had seating, as well as plenty of towels available. No “booking pool times” or “asking for pool towels”. Simple. 7) the blackout curtains ACTUALLY black out the room! Simply put, incredible value here. We will be back!

I have no complaints about the overall environment of the room, however, I highly recommend not getting a room that is directly across from a project that is building a new building. The machinery is very loud and has kept me, my husband and two young children awake well past 3 a.m.
T	Tina Darbyshire on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel was nice. The room was beautiful although the bathtub was Mini size not great for someone if you're a bad person. No restaurant or any means of food at all at the hotel except for breakfast. No place to eat dinner or dine just drinks or coffee during the day. That was very unusual and a bit of a bummer because I was starving when I got there at 6pm ?
P	Philine West on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place to stay. Great service. Friendly staff. Pool is decent. Generally pretty quiet. Parking could use some work. Needs some designated handicap parking spots. Pillows suck but other than fixing the parking and pillows everything here is great.

I would stay here again most definitely! We don't like eggs and eggs were definitely the breakfast item so breakfast was a bit of a disappointment, but most people enjoy eggs so we always expect that anyway.
K	Kevin Fricker on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would consider this to be more of an executive hotel and not a family hotel. No suites. It is new, modern and clean. Really small pool. NO HOT TUB. Great exercise room! The staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and friendly. Breakfast was the same every morning (for 4 days) - hash browns, omelet, sausage. Parking lot is too small. I overheard guests complaining about having to park a couple of blocks away and feeling unsafe. Overall, it was a nice hotel but wouldn’t suggest staying here with a young family.
K	Karissa Nicole on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are on night two of three, and since we are past the cancellation date we must stay again not to lose money, otherwise we would move on. Let’s start with the positives. It’s very clean and modern. Really easy to get to. Nice pool and gym. Beds are comfortable, and front desk staff are friendly. Now for the not great. We arrived to our room to find one duvet with a huge, perhaps coffee stain, on it. We were using the pullout couch and there wasn’t adequate bedding. We called housekeeping to come the next morning and said 11 worked as we were heading out. We arrive back at 2 to find they didn’t come. We called again and they finally came, but left the ironing board out, pillows left wherever, etc. And still no extra bedding for the pullout, so I had to call yet again. I expect more for the Hyatt when simple requests were made. We went down first morning for the breakfast and they weren’t prepared for the amount of guests staying. There were long waits for coffee, milk, etc. Seating was limited. They need to hire more staff as the two we seen were really overwhelmed. Overall for value, this hotel needs to up its game to meet the reputation Hyatts are known for.
