★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel is in the process of being restored, at least partially. It is not condemned. Rooms are available for rent by appointment and there is a Chinese restaurant at street level. Things are going slow but it appears the owner is making a good effort.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ prices are reasonable. Renovations currently in progress but taking much longer than anticipated. They dont tell you its non-smoking until after they get your money. rooms are NOT furnished..... no bed, table,chairs....ect... .Secure front door,but many H.I.P. (Homeless Indigenous Persons) who wait for you to open door then walk in behind you and NO WI FI !!
