★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My spouse and I had terrific service due to prompt calls backs from their staff, and a very helpful and efficient staff member working through details due to an out-of-province move. The Prince George office made new move paperwork very easy, and helped explain a great many things very well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Despite things not turning out as I hoped, I had really had a great experience here. The check in staff was patient and clear, and gave me many options to help me avoid a long wait (e.g., coming back later and holding my place, texting me when my turn was coming up, etc.). The wait was not long at all despite the check in staff saying it may be. Maybe coming from a bigger city I'm just use to waiting, but I was out of here in about an hour with no reservation which isn't bad in my experience.
Once I was called up, the employee who helped me with my replacing my IDs was calm, kind, and very understanding about my anxiety around not having IDs and needing to travel soon, and they brainstormed solutions with me that would get some ID in my hands ASAP.
Overall, I'm happy with my experience at my local Service BC centre. :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Once you get in everything is smooth, people working there are great. Getting in and booking an appointment is a huge hassle. There's almost always a long lineup, and now that most of staff is booked weeks in advance, showing up to get something done on the same day is unrealistic as it's a 2-3 hour wait... So essentially if you wait in line for 10-20 min so that they can book you for a future appointment or you book 3 weeks in advance.
My initial review was harsh since it was in the heat of the moment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is very crowded. You can either take an appointment online or walk-in. If you walk-in you might have to wait for a couple hours or so to see someone. However, with having an appointment in hand you can do your stuff right away. Very friendly staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service Hours are very unaccommodating for most standardized work schedules! If you manage to make it during their hours, expect a lengthy wait, even if you booked an appointment.
Staff have always been friendly.
