★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought scissors from one of these locations. I had them for a week and they turned out to be dull. So I went in to exchange them. I was told I can get them sharpened an that scissors are final sale. It costs almost as much to get scissors sharpened as it is to buy them new and when you buy a brand new pair the last thing you expect is to have to go and get them sharpened. When you sell a faulty product you should replace it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not great they have a lot of good products in the store but I would highly recommend going into the store with an idea of what you want in mind and not asking the people who work their for help. Not many of them have any if at all experience with hair care been there twice and got some very bad advice and products that have done not nice things to my hair. And they tell you things based off what they have used and not based on your hair type or really what you're looking for. Unless you are a hair care professional I'd seek some guidance from your stylist before going in on what you should get!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been here twice, both times i was assisted in picking out the product i was looking for weather it be a deep conditioner, shampoo, or the right hair color for dying. The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. I just all around experienced kind and great service. I highly recommend shopping here. I love this store and will continue to shop at this location.

They are also very friendly and ready to help. I've since browsed the store and bought products including hair care, nails and lotions. It's really great that they cater to both professional and regular customers at this location.
