★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have dealt with Royal ProResp several times regarding my CPAP and the staff have always been friendly and attentive over the phone and in person. They are very helpful in answering questions and offering suggestions. I originally purchased the unit from the location at RVH and they were great there too but have been dealing with the Commerce Park location ever since as it is a more convenient location for me to get to.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good to clients but management is horrible to staff, hostile working environment with bullying by manager and no constant support from manager staff. Staff members pitted against each other by management, encouraged to rat each other out in hopes you'll be in her good books for a while and not feel her wrath. Until new manager I would never recommend working there- good paid but toxic work environment and not worth it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband went in yesterday to replace a mask. He brought his old one with him and showed the receptionist . She said she knew the one. She got it, charged my husband and when he came home he opened the package only to discover that she gave him the wrong mask!!!! Not the first time this has happened! Now we have to come back in bad weather to return it and get the correct one. This place needs to hire competent staff or maybe have some competition move in to our city.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My dad was discharged from the hospital a few days earlier than expected. We were told to call ProResp once we got home from the hospital but when we got home, Peter was already waiting in the driveway. He checked my dad out and got some setup started and then Shawn came in with extra equipment. Shawn walked us through the whole setup, thoroughly and pleasantly, anticipating our questions and putting our concerns to rest. All this at the last minute on a long weekend. Fantastic!

No way I am going there.
