From the moment I walked through the doors they were friendly and helpful and made me feel confident in the medical supplies I was getting. My mask ended up having a problem and Emily was so understanding and helpful. Always responsive via phone or email. And now I was thinking of trying a different mask and she told me she would check to see if it was possible for me , same day. She also talked about other options if it didn't end up being the way I could go. Way to go Prairie Oxygen! And Emily for all your help.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I normally do not go to this place. I go to medigas down the way and they didn't have the cpap part I needed. So I called here, spoke with a wonderfully knowledgeable and well spoken individual then lo and behold. They had the part I needed, and I didn't have to buy the whole mask! I just needed the cushion replaced. It also has a warranty, plus she had it ready when I arrived. Thanks Prairie Oxygen, two nights without my machine and now I'm looking forward to some rest!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My father experienced a health scare that really affected the whole family. My Father is younger and was reasonably healthy so this lung issue really came out of left field. When his lungs turned on him it scared us all.
Lyle from Prairie Oxygen treated my father very well. I could see how concerned and unsure my father was having to go on constant oxygen. Then relying on a constant source to keep him going.
Lyle took the time to explain how everything worked. From oxygen concentrator to bottled oxygen. What to do in certain situations including power outages.
All of which made my Father and our family so much better.
Lyle makes every oxygen delivery very simple.
I would certainly recommend Prairie oxygen.

Living in a condo, my oxygen tanks are delivered to my door so I get to interact with Lyle, the Delivery Driver & find him very friendly & personable. If I have any questions he always willing & takes the time to explain & answer them . Barring any unforeseen circumstances I can expect my oxygen tanks delivered at the same time everytime on the delivery date. Thanks Lyle

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Service I received from Prairie these past two years has been very good. Never missing delivery appointments. The driver Lyle has always made things easy. He's organized and and always respects my property. Lyle also follows all Covid protocols. Lyle has helped me with questions I have that are not explained elsewhere. Plus any time I need something between deliveries, Lyle will make sure I get it. Now I can't say enough how Prairie responding when I became sick. It happened overnight and my oxygen needs doubled. I was not prepared
It took one call to Alyssa at Prairie. Alyssa’s reaction was quick and she was able to got me an oxygen concentrator machine and it came to me the same day. With proper flow cannula. Also topping up all my tanks at the same time. Even though delivery wasn’t for a few days. I don't know of too many companies that will do anything this quickly. They sure helped save the day! Literally.
