If there was a negative number I would be picking the highest! A nightmare experience!! Promises made with no follow through!! Repo'ing my oxygen when I still needed just being freshly discharged from the General Hospital's M.I.C.U., after having complications, leaving me with my heart failing but thankfully having things turned around to wear I won't suffer suffer long term issues. When I called Laurie, she really didn't care that I still needed and basically blamed me for my contract expiring, I was promised that she would be in contact with my doc's office and she would get the ball rolling before my contract ran out. She claimed she had tried contacting me several times when in reality she had left me a text message the day before asking me to get in contact with her. I had medical obligations during business hours, not getting home until 6 pm'ish. I text messaged her and left a voice mail message as well. Not hearing back from her. I am so disgusted that she had no issue in me losing my oxygen when I needed it. Had she kept her word from the mad game she spewed at me when I first became a customer, then there wouldn't have been any miscommunication! I had heard negative things about this company following my becoming a customer and I'm thankful that info was shared with me because as I expected. .my contract as been renewed!! So please be aware and do your homework before chosing the oxygen company that will be there for you through thick and thin! Thankful I was strong enough to make it through to my renewal appointment because I feel like she just didn't care!!!

I have OSA, and I use a CPAP machine. I've been to several sleep clinics, and I can honestly say that this VitalAire location is one of the best! The folks at this VitalAire location were incredibly kind and helpful. Lorna Reid-Leimgardt, in particular, far exceeded my expectations. She went above and beyond to help me during a time when I was very upset and stressed. I can't recommend this sleep clinic or Lorna highly enough! If you have sleep apnea, or if you suspect you have sleep apnea, see the fine people at this VitalAire location. You won't be disappointed. Their products and customer service are top notch!

Thank you to Lorna and the VitalAire staff. There was a few hiccups along the way in regards to How many cylinders per month or the tubing coming off the humidifier. Mom knew who to call when she needed assistance. A big thanks goes to Rob and Darcy (delivery drivers) for the great service and friendship. In April 2018, I was diagnosed with moderate obstructive sleep apnea and the hospital in Regina assigned me a CPAP machine. The machine did not include a mask or a few other accessories. I did some phoning around and this is when i came across VitalAire Healthcare in Regina. I went to their location to look at their products. The staff member (Faith) was extremely helpful in explaining the different options. More importantly, she let me try various style masks until i found the one i wanted to buy. She reassured me they would take care of my needs to make sure the products i bought were comfortable and fitted properly. Obviously super important with a CPAP mask and harness. Her service helped me feel more relaxed and less anxious (as dealing with this CPAP stuff can be stressful for some). Their pricing was the best i could find in Regina and the service was great. In Jan 2019, i wanted to buy the SoClean2 (CPAP cleaning machine) from VitalAire (Regina). With the research i had done, i wanted to see the product in person before purchasing. I met with the Manager (Lorna) and she did a fantastic job of showing me the product, demonstrating how it was used and discussing the pros and cons of the item. I ordered the SoClean2 and have just started using it. I like that fact Lorna never made me feel pressured to buy the CPAP cleaning machine and she was always able to answer my questions about the equipment. Again, pricing was the best I found (even vs online prices) and their service was prompt. Since I can be a very tough customer (fussy) with high expectations of service and pricing, I am pleased that Lorna and Faith have provided me 100% satisfaction and i will continue to use them as my provider. Thanks to VitalAire (Regina) for being part of my healthcare team for my Sleep Apnea condition.

I wanted to take a moment and recognize the amazing customer service and support of Kelly Ermel. She helped my family with both oxygen and a CPAP fitting and machine. Kelly's level of customer service is absolutely amazing as she was extremely patient and helpful in making my father feel comfortable and ensured he got the best fit possible. If you are looking for either a CPAP machine, or oxygen I highly recommend giving them a call and in particular, Kelly Ermel. This is an excellent company that really cares about their customers. Keep up the great work Kelly and thanks again for the amazing support.

Was with another provider for four years and went through many CPAP masks and they did not tell me about other products available for the issues i was having, all they did was sell me new masks. Faith from VitalAire went through different options with me and were able to sell me what i needed which was much cheaper than buying a new mask. When i got started on oxygen after hours that same company would not set me up after hours. Angela from VitalAire was at the hospital within 15 minutes and followed me home and got me all set up. Great customer service all around I VERY highly recommend them!
